Julie is a Partner with OnPoint HR whose passion for working with leadership teams to scale businesses through talent led her to executive search. She has extensive HR experience with a specialization around talent acquisition across technology, management consulting, and direct-to-consumer apparel and food industries. Her work spans both domestic and international accomplishments.
Most recently, Julie was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Apron, where she worked closely with the executive team to ensure employee safety during the onset of COVID and scaled the fulfillment centers during a strong spike in client demand. She also worked with the Board to modify their existing long term incentive compensation plan to better align it to the market.
Prior to that, Julie held several leadership roles in companies of varying sizes. She led the HR function at a mobile adtech company focused on scaling that was ultimately acquired by a large mobile gaming company. In the management consulting sector, she led the national campus recruiting function at Accenture during a period of rebranding, she led the HR function for G100 Companies (now Council Advisors) and she previously led Human Resources for the North America Financial Services practice at Bearing Point. Earlier in her career, Julie also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Redcats USA, now FULLBEAUTY Brands, a leading direct-to-consumer marketer of apparel and home products, where, among other things, she led the talent acquisition efforts for the build out of an international e-commerce team that generated more than $1.5 billion in online revenue in its first year of integration.
Julie graduated magna cum laude in Psychology from Cornell University. She is native to New Jersey where she currently lives with her husband and son. She is a big fan of hiking and traveling anywhere she can be close to water.
