Allison focuses on research and data analytics at OnPoint. Prior to joining the firm, Allison worked as an HR Business Partner serving various businesses and corporate functions across the financial services and life sciences / healthcare tech industries. This included progressive through roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Medidata Solutions. Allison holds a B.A. degree in History from Fordham University. She is passionate about helping people find professional and personal success, and she is currently working part-time on her Master of Social Work from Columbia University to enhance her ability to help others.
